The Most Delicious and Moist Pumpkin Bars

Hey there, Am I the only one that gets in the mood for pumpkin this time of year? I want to make all the pumpkin things and these bars are so delicious. I can’t wait for you to try them!

All you need are a few ingredients a sheet cake pan and your good to go! First you mix your bar ingredients together.

And then when they are baked and cooled you add your frosting to the top. You can use the homemade recipe or buy the tub of cream cheese frosting. Either works fine.

Cream Cheese Pumpkin Bars

These are moist and so flavorful!

  • Oven
  • Mixer


  • 2 c All purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/2 t ginger
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1/4 t cloves
  • 1 15 oz can of pumpkin
  • 4 lg eggs room temperature
  • 1 c vegetaable oil


  • 8 ouces Cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 c powdered sugar


  • Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. greas and line your 15"x10" sheet pan with parchment paper.
    Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk together
    Add all of the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
    Pour batter into your pan
    Cook for approximately 25 minutes or until the center is cooked. Poke a toothpick in the center if it comes out clean it is done.
    Cool completely


  • Cream your butter and cream cheese until creamy.
    Add the vanilla extract and the powdered sugar
    Mix just until creamy.
    Frost your cooled bars.


You can use a tub of the cream cheese frosting.
